According to current roadmap, the global issuance of FOOTTOK tokens is scheduled for summer 2027 and will take place as part of a structured token launch by FOOTTOK AG. Subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements, the distribution may take place in selected jurisdictions, including Europe, Asia and the USA.
