The reservation is free of charge and non-binding. The reservation can be cancelled free of charge at any time without giving reasons.
The investor hereby undertakes to pay the investment amount into the capital contribution account of FOOTTOK AG no later than 5 days after receipt of the account details by FOOTTOK AG.
